Studio Policies
DEPOSITS: You will be charged when you book, which will be credited toward your total. Deposits are not transferable and non-refundable. We do not "hold" or transfer deposits.
RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule before 24hrs of your scheduled appointment using your confirmation email at the bottom of the page. If you do not see a date available, that date is full. You may reschedule ONE TIME without forfeiting your deposit.
LATE FEE: To ensure a complete experience, please arrive at least 10mins before your scheduled appointment time. There is a 10-minute grace period. After 15 min, your appointment is subject to cancellation. Late fee of $25.
CANCELING your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit/full payment.
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and charged the total price of the scheduled service(s).
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment.
To avoid a cancellation fee of 100%, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. (Cancelling does not mean your deposit will be refunded) .
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
REFUNDS: Due to the time and materials that go into your custom service, Bee Blondor / Blondor Studio does not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to make adjustments to technical errors. Examples of errors are: Bleed marks, Toner spots, and Uneven cuts. If you feel there was a technical error with your service, please reach out to us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will happily get you in to make the needed adjustments. Any adjustment requests after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Any adjustment would need to be scheduled by seven days after notifying the salon and needs to be with the original stylist.
